Cherry Bay Capital Group was founded in 2018 in the Principality of Monaco with the mission of creating an exclusive international platform able to serve leading industrial families and entrepreneurs with an integrated model in the Private Capital & Wealth Advisory sector. The name ‘Cherry Bay Capital’ derives from the English expression ‘Cherry-Picking’ meaning the ability to promote unique investment opportunities and from the word “Bay” with reference to an exclusive and protected place for assets of primary families over generations.

With the opening of Luxembourg in 2019 and Italy in 2020, Cherry Bay Capital Group has unlocked a ‘new course’ aimed at enhancing the two souls of the business, the Multi Family Office and the Private Investment Office, which work today in synergy, strengthening the uniqueness of a successful model, the “Family Merchant House”.

Based on the strong results achieved in the first two years of activity, in 2021 the group became a strategic partner of Stonehage Fleming, one of the most important multi-family offices in the world to serve its customers on a global scale.

In 2022 Cherry Bay Capital Private Investment Office, together with leading entrepreneurial families, promoted Cherry Bay Capital Investment Club, introducing in Italy a new “Pledge Fund” initiative capable of combining the benefits of the club deal and those of a structured investment process.
